WHAT TO EXPECT

Whether you’ve attended church your whole life or never stepped foot in a church before, we understand that finding the right church can be overwhelming and even awkward at times. Those feelings are totally normal. That’s why we’ve put this section together to help minimize those feelings as much as possible.

We want your first experience at Arlington Assembly to be relaxed, and for you and your family to enjoy the service. So, here is some information to help you know what to expect:

SERVICE TIMES - 10:30 a.m.

Our services are every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. and the services last about 75 minutes. We encourage you to arrive 10-15 minutes early, especially if you have young children. This will give you plenty of time to get your children checked into Fusion Kids and for you to find a good seat in the auditorium prior to the service starting.

WHAT TIME IS THE SERVICE?

WHERE IS THE CHURCH?

The physical address of Arlington Assembly is 201 N. Stillaguamish Avenue in Arlington, Washington. If you need detailed directions, click the link below.

>> GET DIRECTIONS

When you arrive, our friendly Greeter Team will help direct you. If you have children under two years of age, you can drop them off at our clean and secure nursery located to the right of the foyer. If you have children ages 3 (potty trained) through 5th grade, you can drop them off in the gymnasium.

You will receive a worship guide on your way into the service. This worship guide will include important information about our church (including wifi login info).

Once you are seated, take a look at the orange and white Connect Card located in the back of the seat in front of you. We'd love for you to fill that out and place it in the offering baskets as they go by. This card allows our lead pastor the opportunity to send you a short letter just saying hello.

If you ever have any questions, just look for one of our courteous volunteers wearing a lanyard. They’re easy to spot and always happy to help!

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I GET THERE?

HOW SHOULD I DRESS?

We care more about you than with what you wear, so the dress is always casual. At Arlington Assembly, you will find many people wearing all sorts of attire. Dress how you are most comfortable, and you will fit right in – shorts and suits are equally welcomed.

Our goal every Sunday is to teach the timeless truths of the Bible in a way that is engaging and applicable to your everyday life. You will find that the messages are practical, easy to understand, and grounded in Scripture.

WHAT ARE THE MESSAGES LIKE?

WHAT ABOUT THE MUSIC?

The music is always rockin’! We have a live band with electric guitar, bass, keyboard, and drums every week. The music usually lasts about 20-25 minutes and we have a state-of-the-art sound system that allows us to produce a great sound level and mix. As you look for a seat, keep in mind that the front to middle sections are the best seating locations for sound quality.

Arlington Assembly offers a safe and exciting children’s program during the worship service for your children, birth to 5th grade.

There are two areas to drop off your children. If you have kids birth through 2 years old, you can drop them off at our nursery check-in just to the right of the foyer near the auditorium. If you have children 3 years old (potty trained) through 5th grade, you can drop them off at our Pre-school and Elementary check-in located in the gymnasium. Each of these check-in areas are staffed with fully-trained and background-checked team members who will help you check your child in.

During check-in, you will receive a receipt sticker, which you will need to pick up your child after the service. For the security of your children, it is important that you keep track of your receipt sticker. This helps us know that you are the person authorized to pick up your child.

Fusion Kids is staffed solely by members in good standing at Arlington Assembly, who have been background checked and receive ongoing training to make your children’s experience the best it can be!

During Fusion Kids, your children will experience fun Bible lessons, activities and games to help them build a spiritual foundation. Simply stated: we want this to be the best hour of your child’s week!

WHAT'S AVAILABLE FOR MY KIDS?

WHAT'S AVAILABLE FOR MY TEENS?

We have a great group of teens who meet together on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. at the church. The rockin’ music, casual dress, and relaxed atmosphere during Sunday service makes for the perfect place for teens to worship God and grow in their faith. For this reason, we encourage all teens to participate and serve in the main Sunday service.

During the week, we offer discipleship opportunities for all ages. At Arlington Assembly, we believe that discipleship happens best in the context of groups. Groups can be vary in both sizes and focus. Some groups are more Bible based and some groups revolve around common interests such as sports, motorcycle riding, etc.

Many of our groups meet on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. On Wednesday evenings, we provide nursery and discipleship opportunities for kids, teenagers, and adults.

WHAT'S AVAILABLE DURING THE WEEK?

HOW CAN I GET CONNECTED?

Coffee with the Pastors is a great way to discover how you can get connected. Coffee with the Pastors is immediately following the service on the last Sunday of every month. It’s lasts for about 15 minutes and is located in the Connect Room, which is located down the right hallway of the foyer, just passed the bathrooms.

At Arlington Assembly, we believe God has uniquely wired everyone to make a difference in the lives of others. We provide various serving opportunities from within the church with kids, teens, hospitality, etc. to outside the church working with homeless and making a difference in the community. For more information on serving, see one of our volunteers during any service or contact the church office.
