Where should I go when I get there?
If you'd like to get the most out of your visit, stop by the Connect Center located in the main lobby as you enter AA from the north parking lot. As our guest, you will receive a free travel coffee mug and Guest Packet with some helpful information to make your visit a great one.

Am I going to be pointed out during the service?
No! However, we do welcome our guests from the platform as a way to let them know we are genuinely glad they are joining us for service. It's a general welcome statement to all guests in attendance and not directed to any specific person.
